Website Performance Adjustments

I didn't like the website's response time, it seemed slower than it should be, so I did some checking on our settings this morning.

Drupal has its own caching system to improve performance. But you have to leave it off when doing site design or developing modifications--otherwise you can't tell if you failed to change something or if you're just getting cached results.

We're not doing site design or developing any modifications so we can turn the Drupal caching on--but I failed to do so, so we've been running without that feature. I turned it on this morning and we should see improved response time as the system caches the site. It does this as you visit pages--so visit some pages! Read the "About" pages and the old news, whatever strikes your fancy!
